Using circadian friendly lighting after dark has been a gamechanger for my mental, emotional and physical health. I really can’t emphasize enough the importance of decreasing blue light dependence after dark for having a healthy hormonal cascade, ladies. I LOVE this skincare line. They don’t use water in their products which means it is potent and a little goes a long way. It is clean herbal skin care that is incredibly hydrating for my skin and feels like it gives me a nice glow. I also love how simple the line is - just 4 products, 1 in the morning, 2 at night and the exfoliating rose clay for gentle cleansing a few times a week. I love minimal yet effective skincare!
