A: From the time you order to receiving your report, plan on about 4-6 weeks total. This includes mailing the test kit to you, you collecting and sending your sample to the lab, the lab processing your sample, and me creating your personalized report.

I've found that there's a lot of nuance when designing supplement protocols that is person-specific, and I'm not able to get that level of detail from this foundational report offering.
For example, women come to me with varying levels of sensitivity—to foods and supplements, histamine issues, MCAS, and more.
Sometimes I'll start with digestive supports, sometimes liver supports, or sometimes we'll focus on directional supports like B vitamins and glandulars based on where a woman is at health-wise.
Women also often come to me already taking supplements, and in consultations we review those together and decide how to move forward. It's a case-by-case basis that I'm not able to access from this report offering.
